OUR SERVICES FOR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
Our maintenance and sanitisation service for air conditioning systems at your premises includes the following activities:
- verification of refrigeration and electrical connections;
- verification of compressor operation and current absorption;
- verification of the correct operation of the indoor fan;
- cleaning of the indoor fan;
- verification of the correct operation of the outdoor fan;
- cleaning of the indoor heat exchanger;
- cleaning of the air filter;
- verification of refrigerant change;
- measurement of air inlet and outlet temperatures at the indoor unit;
- verification of the correct operation of the temperature probes;
- verification of the operation of the cycle reversing valve (heat pump models only);
- verification of the correct operation of mobile louvres;
- verification of the operation of the control panel and/or remote control;
- verification of the operation of the indoor and outdoor condensate drainage systems;
- verification of the stability of the support structures;
- sanitisation of the coil using a bactericidal product effective against germs and viruses.
OUR TECHNICIANS
Our technicians are qualified and certified in accordance with current regulations and have the following certifications:
- F-Gas certification, renewed annually: for the installation, maintenance and repair of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (Article 8 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 43/2012) in accordance with Article 2 of Regulation (EC) no. 303/2008. 303/2008.
- Certificate for the operation of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) with outriggers (Art. 73, para. 5, Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, Annex III – State-Regions Agreement of 22/02/2012 – European Directive 89/655/EEC).
- Certification for the assembly, use and disassembly of mobile scaffold towers and working at height (Italian Legislative Decree no.81/2008 and subsequent amendments, Articles 37, 73, 140 and Annex XXIII)
- AIFOS certification for electrical work, covering work near electrical systems and live low-voltage electrical work, as well as de-energised high- and low-voltage work (Art.82.83 Leg. Dec.81/08 – CEI 11-27 – CEI EN 50110 European Directive 89/655/EEC)

We are registered and qualified as a supplier on the MEPA (Electronic Marketplace of the Public Administration) platform, which connects public bodies with authorised suppliers for the procurement of goods and services
MEPA is a fully digital marketplace where contracting authorities and suppliers meet, negotiate and conclude legally binding supply contracts online through the use of digital signatures.
